I experienced the most disrespectful pharmacist in my lifetime I hope that you can help me. I was a regular customer at CVS 17243 in Mission Viejo at Target California 25601 Jeronimo Road, they stopped my medications one day before due. The pharmacist Hana Nanah left a message for my doctor (medical professor). She did not call me. I am a male 69, grandchildren etc., with high BP (today 106/104), a broken back, and a twisted herniated intestine. They will not operate until my blood count is higher. There is no reason to pin me on the crucifix, yet. The honest CVS mangers got it and finally with Scott the DM, we all talked. The pharmacist honestly told him, that there was nothing he could do about it, and for “his” questioning, she would not fill any of the prescriptions, “period” ever a

I cruise here pretty consistently and also have all of my prescriptions filled through here without an issue. Wait times for fills depends on how busy the pharmacy is, though it's never been more than an hour give or take. The pharmacists have been consistently helpful whenever there has been an issue For those needing specific brands or prescriptions, you should ask the pharmacist to order them a week in advance, or check beforehand.

The staff here are so nice! I was hoping that I'd get one of those receipts that has a survey on it, but since I didn't I came on here just to say that. I feel like most pharmacists would not be helpful when I need refills but these ones are sooo helpful when things are funky.

THE. WORST. I recently had my prescription changed. The "old brand" I was taking was discontinued, so I was prescribed the "new brand". Unfortunately "new brand" gave me some side effects which I wasn't experiencing with "old brand" and so I asked my doctor to give me something "different". They called it in to Target/ CVS, problem solved. CVS texted within a few hours, "different" was ready for pick up. Great! Before I could pick it up CVS called to say they were sorry but they didn't stock "new brand" and it likely wouldn't be available for when I needed it. Um?? I told the woman it was of no consequence as I changed to "different", which was ready, and asked please remove "new brand" from their system as I could see this was going to cause confusion with them.
