CVS Pharmacy

Dismissive. Consideration for your time is not of high importance. Poor time management. Appear to be poorly delegating tasks; some staff were relaxed while others were not. One employee was kind while the other came off as though they were bracing themselves for a fight. Costs nothing to be kind. If your employees are stressed during the shift maybe implementing some solutions so that they’re not taking their frustrations out on others would be helpful. Not all my experiences have been this way, thus the 3 star review.

There should be some backup person who can run the CVS Pharmacy during holidays. Now today 24 Dec I have to collect some medication which was prescribed by doctor but this Pharmacy is closed for today and tomorrow as well... No other branch is open so I need to wait for 2 more days to get medication. Other stores can be closed during holidays like Costco, Aldi, Walmart but CVS Pharmacy should be open during holidays.

I had an appointment to get vaccinated here. I assumed that since I arrived on time for my appointment, everything would be ready. However, when I met the staff member who was supposed to administer the vaccine, she said she needed to look for a syringe. She rummaged through a box for quite a while before saying she had found one, and then began the injection. After the needle had been in my arm for a short moment, she pulled it out. I thought the injection was complete, but to my surprise, she told me that the vaccine had not been administered because the needle was faulty and she needed to replace it and do it again. I was shocked—how could something so outrageous happen?

Besides making an appointment CVS made it easy. They had a specialist doing nothing but shots. The fact that the vaccine were available and that it was so easy to get vaccinated, I would recommend this to anybody. But mostly I would recommend that everybody take vaccines seriously and avoid illness. No

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Missing parts to orders, and parts necessary for medicine administration that they are “short on” and can’t give the full amount of, requiring additional trips to the pharmacy. Extremely long wait times- go to pick up prescription that is “ready” and end up waiting for over 40 minutes on more than one occasion. No way to get ahold of someone on the phone, must always leave a voicemail for a call back. Rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly staff- went in for a missing piece to an order and was told I would have to “come back later” because everyone was leaving on their lunch break. A pharmacy should not have the entire staff on lunch at the same time. It is a service being provided, therefore breaks should be staggered so there is always someon
