CVS Pharmacy

CVS on N. Columbia St. in Milledgeville is horrible. An elderly man was trying to check in and he was shaking from a condition. He kept hitting the wrong buttons and having to start over multiple times. Many many times. No employee cam over and offered help so I helped him get checked in. I checked in on the computer beside his. The pharmacy employee tols me that computer was broken. She took my money and looked up my script. I asked her to please clear my personal info showing to the public on the computer beside me because it was accessible to the public. She told me she'd just unplug it later. I told her I would wait until she cleared it. She threw my money on the counter and walked off screaming that she wasn't going to deal with this today and screaming for someone to come help me. I

The first time I came here, the staff were very friendly. The second time, I drove 20 minutes to pick up my medication, but I arrived at 6:01 PM. They told me they had closed at 6:00 PM, but all the staff were still inside. They refused to give me my medication. That was terrible; because of a difference of just one minute, or even a few seconds, they made me waste a 20-minute drive. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't busy at all.

Customer courtesy is highly important when working in the public area. I went to CVS and there were no cars in the line and noone at the pharmacy. I stood there 10 minutes or more before I waved my hand, "Hello". No one acknowledged my presence. I asked if they were open because I'm standing here and you all act as if you don't see me. Not to mentioned that there were four people working. Find another profession if you can't do this one RIGHT.

CVS in milledgeville is just the worst. Went to have a prescription filled for my granddaughter who just had surgery, it took them over two hours to fill it. Four people working, they were not even busy, the pharmacist was so dingy acting, she lost the scrip, found it, moved bags, ran back and forth, it was ridiculous. The store on north Columbia needs to be reviewed but cooperate office and shut down if they can't do better. No one has time to spend the day at the pharmacy waiting on 15 pills!

The CVS Pharmacy on North Columbia St. has been my chosen pharmacy for a few years now. They have almost always had my prescriptions filled on time and they are very kind/helpful each time I pick up.
