Excellent Service and Professionalism at CVS Pharmacy, Middletown, IN I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy location in Middletown, Indiana, for a scheduled flu shot appointment. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and the staff. The everyone exhibited exceptional customer service qualities. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly and polite, going above and beyond to make the experience comfortable. Furthermore, the lady administering the vaccination were highly professional and efficient. Crucially, the service was received in a timely manner, exactly at my scheduled appointment time. The ladies at CVS are amazing they're always show that they genuinely care about their patients

I love the people employed in the pharmacy. However, I'm going to either need a mechanic to replace my tires or repair my car, or an off road vehicle to get through the parking lot. Edit 6/16/2025 I was obviously exaggerating the issue with the pavement. I did hit a pot hole pretty hard as I was slowly leaving the drive up window for the pharmacy because I was placing my meds securely on the seat of my car and not looking for obstructions on the pavement. It appears as many others do it as well. As I was exiting the drive through, I noticed another large area over in the parking section for the in-store customers. Nothing that'll keep me from coming back.

My experience at CVS pharmacy in Middletown was the best I’ve had at a pharmacy in a very long time. Bye-bye Walgreens and Meijer.
