CVS Pharmacy

Lady Pharmacist (Indian) is the mosf horrible, rude, beligerent, anti social and miserable store employee I ever encountered. I have been there 3 different times in 3 different years and she gets more miserable and rude each and every year. I try to avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

The pharmacy at the 555 Washington address takes appointments for vaccines when they don't have the staff available to handle the work. Since there were other customers, they would not honor my appointment time.

The Pharmacist and the Pharmacy staff are 2nd to none, through the establishment of courteous and empathetic rapport with patients, they demonstrate excellency in the complex detail-demanding process of dispensing prescription medications with accuracy, from the moment of order placement to the responsible timely delivery of the medication within the time frame alloted promised and, most importantly, specially exercising due care in delivering the prescription into the proper hands. In summary, what I described about my first hand experience with them says it all about their unsurpassed human and professional standards. And highest quality of care about the patients needs. Called the pharmacy after going through a long list of phone options. When I finally got there, they hang up on me 3 times in a row. Waited 20 mins in total and still not able to speak to a live person. They say you can do most things through the App but that is so untrue. Very poor app. A simple thing like transferring your prescription to another pharmacy cannot be done in the app.

This store has a great selection of souvenir items. Conveniently located close to Ocean Drive in South Beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
