CVS Pharmacy

Once again I have been fooled by their drive-thru which is marked Open automatically greets and assures customers of prompt service remains. unstaffed, no response to the call button, forced to go inside the shabby mess if a store for a now 15+ minute wait. Lots of retail staff milling about, hardly anyone in the pharmacy more than 10 people in line.

I called several times to speak with a pharmacist about my prescription and vaccine information. When I finally reached someone, I wasn’t greeted and was spoken to about something unrelated before being hung up on without the chance to say anything. This was very disappointing, as I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for over a decade and have always valued their customer service.

I pulled into the drive-thru expecting normal service, and the automated system said, “Hi there, we’ll be with you shortly, please wait.” I waited over five minutes before an employee finally came on the intercom only to tell me, “The drive-thru is closed, you’ll have to come inside.” There was no sign posted, no notice, and the automated system kept looping false messages telling me someone would be there soon. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. When I mentioned that there was no sign, the employee hung up before I could finish speaking. If the drive-thru is closed, put up a clear sign or disable the automated voice system so customers aren’t misled. Very disappointing service, especially for a pharmacy where people often rely on quick access when they’re sick or unable

Usually super efficient, this time I have 1 item missing and I can’t seem to get through. Calling has t worked and yesterday I waited in 2 lines with no answers. They are changing the format of the pharmacy works nightly. I’m sure that stressful and confusing. The team is really good , this time it’s been a bit difficult. It will calm down I’m sure!

They all have been incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive, down to earth real people- who try hard to help others. I think pharmacys have it tough- they are super busy- as all healthcare workers are- but I am continually impressed by the friendly safe service I receive here. I love the drive through! I know it may be hard to staff that on busy days- but it's such a customer satisfier to not have to go in the store. Thank you CVS Pharmacy staff!
