You need to fire the Pharmist Toan H Nguyen! He is rude! He talks negatively about all customers out loud with his teams as customers wait on their medicine. He does not listen, he over talks the customers!! He is rude and needs to be fired!!! CVS he does not add value to your company!!!! He makes me want to stop using CVS all together! He needs coaching and training in customer interaction and engagement!!!!! You need to fire the Pharmist Toan H Nguyen!
We switched to CVS years ago. Have been pleased ever since. Everyone is extremely friendly and always helpful, and their service is so prompt.
