CVS Pharmacy

I keep calling and since i have a new phone it wants my old phone. Im not wanting you guys to save my new number as i dont want people having my number. Also i dont know old number or new number unless i see it writen down. Next option is do i have my script filled there no i do not. Then it says leave a voicemail. Last month this crap didnt happen i just wanna call in a refill not sign up my phone number or call about a filled script. So my only option is to leave a voicemail and still give you my number that i dont want saved in system with my name? Are you guys high? Why cant i just call in my script refill? Why cant i talk to a pharmacist? Its absolutely nuts. So now i guess i have to get dressed and walk there and manually talk yo you and then stand there and wait a hour or what ever.

HORRIBLE FEMALE PHARMICIST THIS AM AT THE DRIVE THRU. I WAS HUMILIATED BY THE PHARMICIST ON THE PHONE, EARLIER. UPDATE12-12****THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT HAPPENED ON 12-9, NEVER HEARD FROM CVS AFTER I FILED A PHONE COMPAINT. IT IS OBVOIUS THAT CVS DOES NOT TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AT ALL

It's a standard drugstore, but what makes me love it is the staff..unfailingly helpful and courteous. The sales and coupons quite good..I save a lot of money here. I want to recommend the pharmacists in particular..they have been very helpful when I was trying to figure out OTC help for various conditions and have always steered me to the best and least expensive options. They are a terrific resource I trust.
