CVS Pharmacy

I have tried to transfer my prescriptions which did not happen. I tried calling and can't get past the AI. Then when I actually get a person they want to interrupt. I changed my prescriptions to another pharmacy where it took one call to be connected immediately to a live person who assisted me in transferring my prescriptions but CVS had no time to do that without an angry call to accomplish this. Now I will get automatic refills with txt confirmation without having to do one dam thing. I will never ever use CVS for anything not even a coke.

1st they send a text and talk to my wife that her prescription would be done at 6 pm. I go to pick it up and as usual with this location, it’s not done. The girl tells me that she can get it for if I want to wait. I say yes if it won’t be long and she goes to get the prescription. During this time 2 sets of people come to get meds! I’m still sitting there waiting for her to take care of both of them! After 12 minutes she says yours are ready and grabs from the counter right next to the register!! There are 3 very wrong issues with this scenario and this location! 1) you can’t call and speak to anyone! You have to leave a message and wait for a call back! You can’t even leave a message during their 12-1 lunch break!!! The system tells you they’re unavailable then just disconnects you! So, i

Shorted me 2 pills. Good thing I counted them when I got home. Also, they were out of one of my meds. That's the final straw I'm transferring my prescriptions to Walmart.

Wonderful experience picking up my meds and checking out in the front. Everyone was courteous and professional.
