CVS Pharmacy

Been coming here for years because the techs are great, but the new AI phone system is the last straw. I'm done. The new "intelligent" phone AI can't understand words or phone inputs. This is after I had an allergic reaction to a new prescription; the system had flagged that it could be an issue for me, so the tech got the pharmacist, but the pharmacist said I'd be fine. One dose later, I was not fine. 3 stars are only for the techs, who are good people. My advice is to be aware: if you're looking for good customer service, this CVS is a good egg. If, however, you value accurate drug details as they relate to your situation, you have a lot of prescriptions & medical concerns, or you want an easy, stress-free way to refill your medications, I'd skip CVS as a brand entirely.

Picked up prescriptions for myself and my son. Shame on us for having the same name with and Jr. No description for birthdate or Jr and now not sure which I am supposed to take. I called the number and get an auto attendant that only allows me to leave a voicemail. I will not use CVS again. Too many other pharmacies that provide a personal experience. Shame on you for your lack of customer experience with something so important as prescribed medication. Shame on you.

Pharmacy and staff work at a very slow pace. Multiple times I have gone in with no line, yet I’m waiting 15-20mins to get what I asked for. Once in awhile, I get that things may be slow. But it seems very consistent. Pharmacist (not the tech) also appears very tired and irritable when asked questions.

I love this pharmacy! They always try to help find a solution. Especially when it is a very expensive prescription-if they have a way to help you get the cost down they will. I accidentally had a prescription filled at the Mansfield CVS on 157 and it was a terrible experience, so I will always make sure I get to go to the CVS inside the Target in Mansfield

Will never get a prescription from this cvsagain . Pharmacist gave me the poorest quality and I'm sure it was a placebo Pharmacist was very cold and not friendly. They will never get my business again I hate being deceived can't trust these big chain pharmacies they are deceitful.
