CVS Pharmacy

Impossible to get a call answered. We experienced quite a few times of incorrect processing of our meds. Seems like people don't know what they are doing and you can't get an explanation without them being irritated with you. Avoid this location if possible.

I visited this CVS pharmacy and had an extremely frustrating interaction with Kendall, who was unnecessarily condescending throughout our exchange. She was unaware that I had been there the day before, following the guidance of a very passionate pharmacist who advised me to return to obtain my prescription. After facing multiple issues securing the medication I need for a chronic condition—one that I have already gone a week without—I was informed I would have to wait another three days. Given the circumstances, Kendall’s dismissive attitude only added to my frustration. While my previous experiences with other staff members have been consistently positive, this encounter was disappointing. I will be avoiding interactions with Kendall when I return. Horrible! It is no big surprise that CVS is struggling financially, and is closing stores. Always used CVS in the past but switched to another pharmacy. Couldn't recall why. Had a prescription sent to this CVS by my doctor. Got an automated text when they received the prescription letting me know that they are waiting for authorization from the insurance company. I thought wow great everything is automated. I was notified that they got the power authorization are in the process of filling the prescription.
