CVS Pharmacy

This CVS saved my vacation. On a family vacation to Hamilton on Memorial Day weekend, I dove into a pool and sprained both wrists and both elbows and back. Went to the ER at midnight and got 2 hard scrips for a methocarbamol and naproxen. The next day, my husband drove 40 miles to the nearest Walgreens and was told 2 hours (which I do understand because I am also a Walgreens pharmacist in Denver - and our company is being squeezed by hour cuts for less staffing and it’s awful and unsafe, etc), even after he pleaded to see if they could expedite it. So he left and I found this CVS 10 miles from where we are staying- he went and they were able to prioritize it and we were able to have it filled in 10 minutes! Unheard of. I cannot explain how utterly grateful I am for your compassion. The

5 stars for being open until 8PM -3 stars for the less than customer friendly pharmacy staff. It doesn't matter which pharmacist is on duty, they always act like people are bothering them by picking up prescriptions. If you want to hear the latest gossip or negative remarks about the drive thru customers, grab a seat and listen.

CVS constantly sent communication to pick up prescriptions and then I get there and all prescriptions have not been filled and it has not been communicated to me the customer. Every effort must be made with the prescribing doctor to resolve the issue and also communicate it to the customer.

I came in the Manchester CVS today for my covid 19 vaccination. The pharmacist was James. He was the nicest, most patient, and kind gentleman! While waiting during my 15 minute period for side effects, I watched as he dealt with a very rude customer. He treated the guy with respect and answered his concerns even though the pharmacy was very busy. He is an asset to your store!!

The is always clean, attentive/friendly associates, & great products for any budget. If you register yourself a card you can get big savings!
