CVS pharmacy mandatory self check in can potentially spread deadly, crippling diseases from one customer to the next. Terrible public health policy

I couldn't possibly be more disappointed with this cvs pharmacy at 1100 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. No more second chances for them. I am absolutely fed up. This is not the first time having issues with them, but each time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just an off day. But apparently this is their normal. My first attempt to pick up the prescription was at 11:30am in the morning but kept being told to "come back later." I returned multiple times that day but kept being told the same thing. After realizing they couldn't get it right, I had to have them transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. I wasted so much time going back and forth when they could have just assessed the situation and transfered the prescription to another pharmacy hours earlier.

Terrible.. received confirmation that they got the order and didn't have anything when I got there the next day... i was there for 30 min with my wife who needed meds and our 3 day old baby. customer service we rude and terrible. When I went to another cvs they tell me they never sent it over. I was very surprised because the store is very good.

I must change my view regarding the CVS pharmacy at 1100 E Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY I was asked to put a positive review against m6 better judgement. Her3 is how I feel about above mentioned pharmacy. This is the second time, different pharmacists that treated me rudely when questioning the availability of my prescription. Last Thursday, 8/8, the pharmacist (I don’t know his name) actually hung up on when I asked him why he told me script was not on back order so it would be available 8/13. I was told all he had to do was order it and it will be filled the following Monday When I questioned him asking why he mislead me (actually lied to me) thinking script would be ready, he did not have an answer so he hung up on me.
