We have been a CVS customer for over 35 years, frequenting locations across several states but none compared to the CVS at 575 Broadway in Malden, which stands out for its exceptional service. The staff are efficient, collaborative, and consistently acknowledge customers promptly. Pharmacists Mehri and Rebeka are both warm and attentive, proactive about prescription safety, addressing potential prescription issues. Our favorite Pharmacy Technician Ann, provides personalized service, recognizing regular customers by name. She is a delight to interact with. This location has become our trusted family pharmacy.
