CVS Pharmacy

I scheduled and received two vaccinations on October 18, 2025. The experience was professional, completed in a timely fashion, and seamless.

The line for the pharmacy is always long here, however the people behind the counter are awesome and great. I thinking about going to Amazon pharmacy

I left my credit card by accident in the ATM machine at CVS Pharmacy about a couple days ago around at 5:00 p.m.! But, once I realized that my card was not in my wallet. Imediately , I ran overto the machine. I mean you can only guess what happened next. Somebody got diggy with it. Over 400 dollars! And that's not all they didn't just do it all in one shot they did it twice one transaction for $200 another for another $200.So 400 dollars " give or take" I've been trying to follow up the case So I can dispute it with my bank However, CVS Pharmacy in Long beach has not been extremely helpful In fact I've been a little hostile about it! The check cashing place that gave me the card not a real Bank is still doing an investigation so I have yet to get my money back or any kind of refu

While picking up a prescription, I also needed a couple of personal products and asked two store employees for advice & direction. They each were helpful, courteous and one walked me to the correct aisle and helped with product selection. CVS has been my Pharmacy for at least 30 years and I trust them with my medical care.

I had the worst prescription experience of my life here. After waiting for 2 hours I could not get my script filled or get an answer as to why it wasn’t covered by my insurance. I had to come back to the store later to have it transferred to another pharmacy bc they refused to answer the phone for 2 more hours. They then refused to transfer it because they already started a partial fill. Basically everything that could go wrong did go wrong and they made me feel like it was my fault for not knowing. I’m just a patient doing my best.
