CVS Pharmacy

The store is always clean and all of the Pharmacist and assistance are doing a great job. But I really think you should take over the Rite Aid on second Street Belmont or because there’s always a long line waiting at CVS please open another store in Belmont Shore

This CVS on 2nd and PCH never seems to have my RX on the shelf. They must order it and it takes longer than usual. The wait line is long, and the location of this store is in a very heavy trafficked area.

Walked in to inquire about getting the latest Covid-19 shot and the young man at the pharmacy counter was super nice! Also, the woman that gave the shot was super nice also! Neither of them acted like we were a bother or like we were interrupting their day, great store and will definitely return for other services!

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. They don't want to help and when they do, they either know nothing or give you a run around. Thanks but got the help I needed by going to Walgreens. They did in one day what your team couldn't do in three. When I spend three days with back and forth contact, thinking I was getting somewhere but, only to find out when I go to the pharmacy and the girl tells me straight faced that they have no record of anything said and still need info is beyond frustrating. On top of that, when I had my doctor call in ten minutes later, your team tells them that they do have the info but actually don't have the medication. I'm done.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met. I have been going here for a year and never had a good experience. They are slow and lazy. Plus, you can't get anyone on the phone. The ONLY good person there is the younger Asain lady. She is very nice and actually helps people. The rest can go. If you have never tried a Rite Aid you are missing out. Once you do you will never go back to this dump.
