I had a really bad experience with one of the pharmacists who had repeatedly lied to me at the west islip location, and when I called her on it and asked to speak to her supervisor, she went totally mental and flipped out . Very unprofessional we to treat people. I have since moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will never patronize CVS ever again.
I have the staff to be outstanding-could not ask for better. They deserve 5 stars. I must say I am infuriated that an employee was murdered on Christmas Day. The store should have been closed.
The staff are helpful and friendly. They make the experience easy.

It's always a pleasure to go here. They just updated everything and it looks truly amazing. There's new self checkouts. The staff is always wonderful. I literally do not go anywhere else. I can get anything from my prescriptions to candy. Whatever I need it's always right down the block.
