The team members at Lewes CVS are rock stars! They managed many folks scheduled for vaccines, as well as many in line for the pharmacy with efficiency and kindness. With such an influx of business locally, they exemplify great customer service. I’m impressed. Thank you!
Drive through window needs to address the issues when a customer has a problem instead of holding the line up for 15 minutes the technician should advise the customer to come inside instead. This can eliminate the wasted time on spends causing a backup.
I had a positive experience receiving vaccines at CVS. The pharmacist was caring and skilled, clearly explaining what to expect throughout the entire process.
Staff in front store always helpful, knowledgeable and available. RX staff always busy but move through waiting customers quickly and kindly.
Worst CVS I have ever been to. Staff is always with a sour face and act like they’re going us a favor. Has to be management. I’ve never seen a more unhappy group of workers. I only go there out of convenience
