My store always has everything I need the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and it is always clean and well stocked

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate being treated with such care and professionalism.

Lack of communication by Pharmacy with customer resulted in significant increased cost of Rx which could have been avoided if they communicated with me.

I suggest when you pick up prescriptions if the co-pay doesn’t seem correct call your insurance company. They charged me $40.49 when my co-pay should have been $10.00. I told the woman and she didn’t even double check. My insurance company is investigating CVS Cutler Crossing in Leland NC for improper practices concerning co-pays.

I very much like how easy they make it to get your prescriptions refilled using their automated system by telephone and you can get status updates using that as well. But I do feel that the bedside manner of the people who work in the pharmacies is a bit lacking. I’ve had several interactions by phone and in person with people, and they just seem to be in a rush and don’t really care about my specific issues. For example, if I have questions about the medication they act like they just don’t have the time to help me or or they don’t want to answer the questions. It’s just a general feeling I get.
