CVS Pharmacy

My mom was working with her insurance and the pharmacist, Slade, to figure out her meds- calling back and forth to figure out how to get her script filled so she can take her insulin. This pharmacist, told my mom "just go to Smith's and leave this pharmacy." Instead of helping someone work through a billing issue and get what is needed in order to take their meds, this pharmacist dismissed her and told her to go somewhere else. That is RIDICULOUS and such horrible customer service. Note: The other pharmacist, Brian, is amazing to work with and has worked with my mom to get billing to go through on multiple occasions when glitches happen. This issue is solely with Slade.

When I get my annual flu vaccine, the pharmacists have always taken me back at my appointment time (never been late) and made the process as quick and painless as possible. For prescription fills, there's often a line, usually not too long, and the individuals at the counter have always been really nice.

I like to get my prescriptions from a well-organized place like this I never have to wait really and I've also got my vaccinations there and a very friendly staff and helpful as well

I was very impressed with the staff at CVS today. I normally don’t go there, but I will now. I have been suffering from a head/chest cold for about 5 days. My medicine that I have been taking was not doing the job. I had no intention of talking to a pharmacist, I just wanted cough drops. As I was deciding and associate asked how I was; given the state of my voice he could tell I was in bad shape. He escorted me to the pharmacy counter so I could get some help/guidance. I wish I could remember his name! He really listened to my complaints and recommended some Sudafed and Coricidin (generic, so I didn’t break the bank). I left really feeling like they cared and even bought a couple of cute Halloween items Tayler helped me with. Thank you CVS Layton for exceeding my expectations.

If I could give zero stars, I would. As a General Manager of a nearby store, I visited to pick up a prescription and was met with incredibly unprofessional behavior from Melissa. She was rude, condescending, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. Despite my efforts to remain polite throughout our interaction, her demeanor was uncalled for and made the experience needlessly unpleasant. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer service at this location. I will not be back and will never refer anybody to this location.
