CVS Pharmacy

This location is not good anymore. They never have the medicine or it's always on back order. And it's always a pharmacist with a bad attitude on the phone rushing you off the line. Thankfully there are two more locations nearby. Just go to another location. Or you'll never get your medicine.

I have never had such a bad experience at any pharmacy in my life. I used this pharmacy 2 weeks ago for the first time with no problems. Today, although my prescription had been submitted electronically over a week ago, it had not yet been filled when I arrived at 325pm. I was asked to leave and return in an hour to pick up my prescription, even though I told the pharmacist a friend had driven 45 minutes to bring me to pick up my prescription. My friend and I went and had a meal, and I returned an hour later. My prescription was still not ready. No other patients were waiting to pick up at my first or second arrival, and 3 pharmacists were working behind the counter. One of the pharmacists suggested to the one working on my order that she check the lot number of my Rx. She then told me to

Val , Megan,Cole, Sam..at the pharmacy truly wonderful and always willing to help me with sensitive issues and needs with medication and being timely ..going above and beyond showing me they really care…as well as the front of the store Erik and his team are amazing with assisting me with my coupons ..items ..anything needed and no matter how busy they are they manage to make the environment friendly and operationally a smooth experience. I love this CVS,always have They have the best service ever

The best and quickest service I ever had in a pharmacy. Employees are always helpful and will take you to the items you need also will take the time to answer all your questions and explain how to use the product. I come all the way from Hamilton twp to Lawrence just to get my medical needs from that CVS. I have to take two buses to get there but it's worth the trouble. The best in the area.
