CVS Pharmacy

COUPON: “20% off one full-price item!” The pharmacy wouldn’t/couldn’t honor the coupon. CVS rep says it is not applicable to RX. Nowhere on the receipt does it exclude RX. Exclusions may apply, but fair business practices should include such info. This causes feelings of betrayal. I scrutinized my receipt and found no ‘RX exclusions’. I’ve come to rely on the CVS Pharmacy and its exemplary staff. Please reply with an acceptable explanation. In conclusion, I concede that I can be wrong, but I don’t believe so, and meanwhile, I may address this inquiry elsewhere. Thank You. Lawrence Stellato 01/07/2026

Got Flu, Covid and TDAP for Linda and I. Kerry was along and also got some shots. Didn't take long.

Went in the store put a prescription in with one of the workers. Received a text the next day for the prescription.

The employee AND manager at the CVS at George Jenkins need to be better trained on their policies and how to treat a customer. The so called "manager" could not get a b1/g1 for $1 promo to work. Instead of trying to figure it out as it's advertised in the isles and it showed on the screen, she said "if you don't want to pay for it we can just take it off." I wanted to pay what was advertised. I asked to speak to someone else and she left the counter to find the employee stocking the vitamins. When I found her, she was I guess "explaining" my situation to the employee and laughing at what I will assume was my situation because I was not just taking her answer that there was nothing she could do as the manager.
