CVS Pharmacy

This place is an absolute joke. Not just the pharmacy but the whole place. Dirty, horribly stained carpeting, look like it hasn't been cleaned is a while let alone updated or brought to the 22st century. The pharmacy sends you text after text telling you your prescriptions are ready and if you don't come and get them they will be put back into stock. Then when you get there to pick them up... they're still working on them. You stand in line waiting to be helped while they take care of the drive thru people first. I am sorry my friends, anyone who knows me and reads my reviews knows I am almost always positive. I would rather not leave a review than complain or give a bad one but my mom has been using this pharmacy for years and I feel the need to blast

Old and dirty store that always has ten cars in the pharmacy line. I sat for 35 minutes to get pain killers after a surgery and only one was ready. I was told they could expedite the second but I had to go to end of the line. Another 45 minutes and I had all medications. This never happens at Walgreens. What a joke. And they cannot operate without closure entirely pharmacy for lunch break.

The pharmacy team at the CVS on Rineheart Rd are like extended family. They are all very caring, I'm always greeted by name and rarely do i have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Ive been going to this pharmacy for 20 years.

They go above and beyond to help their customer. The paharmacy staff cannot be rated by a simple 5 stars, they all are 10's! If you live in this area and do not have your prescriptions taken care of here, then it's your loss, because this staff is the best!

I go to the pharmacy here and they're always helpful and nice!!
