CVS Hamlin ~Front of store staff~ are pleasant and very helpful in maximizing my purchases by showing which brands are best. A simple “hi, can you help me with ….” And the Ladies are assisting me. ~The Pharmacy Staff~ In eight years, the pharmacy staff has never let me down. They will do everything they can to get your RX filled & paid by insurance. For nearly three years, my insurance played games on a costly medication. The pharmacy team always let me know who denied it so I could get it corrected. For eight years, I have watched Pharmacists Tom & Heather, & now Samar, and the pharmacy technicians deal with some very “ignorant” patients that would curse and carry on even after it was explained for umpteenth time, insurance rules, laws, or the doctor’s office said no. CVS is being overwhelmed by rite aid closing. CVS is asking many questions about our prescriptions which is understandable. Very busy so there is a wait time.employees seem to move as quickly as possible.

I have so many issues here its crazy.. I tried to use their ups shipping point but there is one employee that refuses to take packages seemingly at random. So me large some small all packed and labeled. Now that riteaid closed ive tried using their pharmacy and they keep not filling my auto fills and today I recieved a completely wrong prescription.

The pharmacy is absolutely the worst I have ever been too. I have a lot of prescriptions that keep me going. This pharmacy has been messing up my prescriptions and even withholding them from me for days while I am completely out of medicine. DO NOT go to this pharmacy. Any other pharmacy is better than this one. Plus the staff are absolutely useless.
