CVS Pharmacy

The worst care I have received and I have my medicine withheld for more than a week, they have already sent my approved prescription twice and they do not give me a reason for my medicine!!! Yesterday they told me that it was at the pharmacy and today it's not there... if you plan to order your medicine here, think about it more, it's the worst place to receive it!!! Was told over the phone my medicine would be ready by the end of the day yesterday. It wasn’t. I received a text today that it is ready. Thankfully I was able to fill it at Walgreens yesterday instead of waiting. Being sick and having to wait 24 hours for a box to be pulled from a shelf is insane. Walgreens had it ready in an hour.

I am continually pleased with the high level of service I receive at this CVS location especially from the Pharmacy staff. My experiences are positive and generally thorough and quick. If I need additional information about vaccines or other various products, I'm provided with the latest information, and staff will go above and beyond their jobs to ensure I'm satisfied.

I went to CVS in the Loop today (I am a regular customer there). I started out at the pharmacy and waited to ask a question about a product. This was a different crew of employees and they (2 females) did not make much effort to assist as I waited at the counter ONLY to ask about the location of a product. When one finally decided to address my question, about whether there were more in stock because I didn’t see but 1 bottle; I was told to check at the front because the product I needed (CholestOff) was stocked by the person at the front checkout counter. I went to the front and waited while the male employee assisted people at the self checkout. When he looked up I informed him that I had a question about the product as it was Buy one Get one free; however there was only one on the shel
