CVS Pharmacy

I gave the Pharmacy 1 Star only b/c there is no 0 Star review. Easily amongst the worst Customer Service I've seen. Very unprofessional and it took 20 minutes and change for a simple eye drop script. It was so bad I was urged to drive around the building ( while I was already first in line) to let additional customers get taken care of. To me, I dont even have a problem with other people getting served, my concern is WHY IS IT TAKING TWENTY MINUTES? Then to top off the long wait, the face to face skills of the three ladies I dealt with at the Drive Thru window were the exact opposite of "make sure the customer has a quality visit to our location". Please re-train these ladies.

We had a great experience with the health care provider who administered our flu vaccines today. She was very professional and friendly. We felt confident in the service she provided.

I have received 2 vaccines in the past week. In addition I brought a family member in for a vaccine. Our care was prompt, professional and empathetic. Highly recommend!

This is the final straw when dealing with this pharmacy, we won't be using them in the future. They shorted my daughter her antibiotics for a sinus infection and never told me, gave me a 5 day supply which was supposed to be a 10 day supply. We called to have it fixed and were told it would be ready Wednesday, stop by Wednesday and not ready and told Friday. Today is Friday and they don't have it again. Then gave my wife attitude on top of it after they put us off for a few days. Your messing with the health of my 8 year old daughter and we will no longer be using your pharmacy services. The Pharmacist Sandy is very nice, the staff was very rude to my wife.

Do not use this pharmacy. Your prescription will not be ready when you get there. I have been using them off and on for a couple years and they always ask me to wait 10 to 30 minutes even when a prescription is called in a day or more ahead of time. They simply do not process prescriptions until you get there, maybe to save time for them, but it's at your expense. Do not use them - you will wait.
