CVS Pharmacy

Started going here last June after we moved. They messed up my auto renewal on my birth control to transfer it to their pharmacy and actually cancelled my prescription. Acted like I was going to have to come in for a visit just to get the prescription back up and going. I told them that was ridiculous because that prescription was for a year and I had just had 1 90 day supply off of it before the move. They reinstated my prescription for the wrong birth control and absolutely won’t fix it. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy by far. Now I get to go through a prescription change because they absolutely couldn’t be bothered to update my prescription on something they messed up in the first place. Oh and the app won’t let me transfer the remaining refill to another pharmacy

The pharmacy is great, but trying to get in touch with somebody is impossible. I don’t know who at CVS corporate finalized the automated system, but it is absolutely terrible. I need to call my cardiologist just to increase my blood pressure medicine because it is so awful.

My medication is never in stock. I can't go without it. Always waiting not days but weeks. Kearney cvs is the worst. Ask the doctors. They agree

They need to get a real phone system to allow real communication. The only way to get any timely response is to drive there and speak directly with someone. Unless you are an established customer in their system, their phone system really does not know what to do with a caller.

They work at this window as fast as possible. I always turn my car on and off to reduce the exhaust and noise especially at the window. I have never been served in less than 15 minutes due to lines here. Also the lines need to be painted so that those in the line understand that the parking lot for the neighbor business share that drive and can get out. I was blocked in one day for 15 minutes as the cars for CVS drive up kept pulling in wide and wouldn't let me out! This is that businesses only entrance and exit!!!
