Went to pick up a prescription my doctor called in yesterday. The CVS app said ready for pickup. I went this morning to pickup and they found no record of a prescription. Pharmacist also said no record of prescription, but he went to back and found the already filled prescription bottle, but he said the doctor called and canceled it. I called back the doctor and he said he didn't cancel it. They will resubmit the prescription and hopefully I won't be making another wasted trip to CVS to pick it up.
The Doctor sent 5 prescriptions, but I got one medicine. Why not all ready to go? Come after one hour or next day. Is this fair?
This location has become much better. I’m not sure what changed, but it’s noticeable when I go to the pharmacy. Everyone is kind and helpful.
Great experience, when to get my flu shot and the pharmacist was friendly and and helpful.
My prescription was sent to Walgreens but they don’t accept Ambetter insurance.The pharmacist called and got my prescription transferred in 10 minutes.They filled my prescription and got my authorization from the doctor.
