CVS Pharmacy

Angie, the pharmacist, is beyond rude. She did not want to take the time to answer a questions about 1 medication. I have never talked to a pharmacist so unprofessional and rude before. I will never go to this pharmacy again because of her.

Because of bridge construction that required a long detour, we needed to have a prescription filled at a different CVS than usual, so we called the nearest one, but it was out of stock there. We were told that it was in stock at another store, and that they would hold it for us, but when we got there, it was not in stock. So we had to go to the first store that we were trying to avoid because of the bridge construction. Going to check to see if Walgreen's has it for next time.

Chris, the pharmacist, went above & beyond the call of duty when United Health Care tried to dictate the dosage for my prescription! 👍👍 As soon as she saw the dosing plan recommended by my doctor, she found a work-around. In addition, her solution decreased the cost of my prescription by over 40%. Win-win! Thank you Chris!

I was just denied quarters, that I specified for when asking for my cash back, because "they need them and can't give them out." I asked for them because I need air in my tires and they gave me one dollar. I pleaded for another 50 cents in quarters and the rest in dimes and was told it just couldn't happen. Because lord knows an hour and a half before you close is the vital time for pocket change. A whole crowd of slot machine gamblers could come by any minute now! And then where would we be?!? Terrible customer service from rude, unapologetic workers.

Staff is always kind. Chris and Angie the pharmacist always go above and beyond to make things right. They really care and love helping their customers
