CVS Pharmacy

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would.. this CVS does a TERRIBLE JOB at maintaining a line I received the text message to pickup my medication and waited almost 30 minutes to pick up my medication keep in mind this line was so big that it went up all the way to the grocery aisles, it’s finally my turn I give my information and this lady tells me 15 minutes.. so I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes just to be told 30 MORE minutes. Only 1 hour later I get the text message after I have left the store out of frustration i get the text that my medication is ready.. not going to be picking up my medications from a pharmacy that can’t even handle a busy day effectively

I have been using this store for the past 2 and 1/2 years as my neighborhood pharmacy... can't complain about the service. I would mention though the customers or people who frequently steal by opening packets and taking products out. Maybe they should be more vigilant to prevent this occurring. Also my former student works in pharmacy and he wasn't shy in acknowledging me with a hug... when he saw me...

In spite of their behavior and service, an employee asked my elderly father if he reviewed their store online. Then, proceeded to ask him to go online & give a good review in spite of several incidents where staff is not only less than helpful but rude. Also, the pharmacy has customer personal information like address & phone number. I find the fact that either owners, management, and/or employees who have access to our personal identity information are trying to identify who, exactly, are leaving which reviews of their service to be implicitly intimidating & incredibly unethical. Attempting to coerce older people (or ANYONE) for specific reviews is beyond unprofessional. Worst place ever nothings ready and if you go be ready to wait more than an hour in line. If you try to call only a machine answers to leave a message and then nobody ever calls back. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
