CVS Pharmacy

What I like about this location is that pharmacy opens until 9pm. Some places are 8pm. Staff always friendly. Kind to help you out with questions. Def a lot of people at the busy hours so you might have to wait a bit at times.

They have no idea what drive-through means. I have gone through the drive-through many times and have waited. 25 minutes.! The Pharmacy staff, I could barely understand their English. I really dislike going to this CVS.

CVS has the worst efficiency and I usually avoid the chain. Who doesn't love shopping for snack food with people who have the flu and wait in a line with one cashier,regardless of the line to pay above retail? Me, that's who. Oh, and thanks for the "convenience" of not selling cigarettes. Nothing says catering to potential buyers like utter contempt for your customers! I love making extra stops!That said, this location is well maintained and the staff is very friendly so the extra stars are for them.

I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy at 5500 N. MacArthur Blvd in Irving, TX, and had an exceptional experience. This location offers the convenience of being open 24 hours, accommodating any schedule. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products, from household goods to beauty items, making it a one-stop shop for daily necessities.  The pharmacy services are top-notch, featuring a drive-thru option for quick and easy prescription pickups. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered thoroughly. Additionally, the in-store MinuteClinic provides accessible healthcare services, including vaccinations and health screenings, which is incredibly convenient.  Overall, the CVS Pharmacy at this location exemplifies excellent customer service

This applies to all CVS pharmacies I’ve tried to use: 1. They will not answer the phone and require leaving a message for a call back. Impossible to answer when I’m at work. 2. They’re usually out of the medication I need and take days, and have taken more than a week to get it or inform me they can’t get it. 3. Grossly over-priced! Tom Thumb and Kroger can fill your Rx, often for a fraction of the price.
