Was offered my Flu shot and Covington and Sheangel shot all at once. Was very convincingly when I was picking up my medicine. Very friendly. Thank you.

It's impossible to get someone on the phone unless you have an existing profile with a phone number on it. Forced my way to the front desk on the phone system, and was met with condescension and told that from this point forward that they would disconnect and not move me to the pharmacy, that I had to use the automated system or leave a message. I explained that I couldn't leave a message because the automated system would disconnect when I didn't have a phone number that it had. I was spoken over, and the gentleman who answered was extremely sarcastic and unpleasant. I'm only here because I have to be to pick up a prescription, I won't be back.

My go-to pharmacy. I use drive thru for script pick-ups. Always accurate orders and polite staff. I feel guilty that we demand scripts all day on Sunday, too. Pharmacists need a break!

I have been having issues with the pharmacy’s automated system since about November of 2024. For whatever reason, no matter how many times I ask for old scripts to be removed… they still exist on my profile. That would be fine, however… when the auto-refill goes to refill my prescriptions… because the old scripts are still on my file, scripts I have not taken for years… it tries to refill the old scripts first, but because they’re old there is no updated doctor signature on file. So my entire prescription gets canceled. The automatic system has also been attempting to refill my prescriptions not monthly… but weekly.. I do not need 4 bottles of the same medication every month. One bottle is plenty.. if I can even get that at this point. So the usual routine occurs.. my prescriptions get can
