CVS Pharmacy

Mike, Sue, and Kelly are all so hard working and great people. I’m a regular here and I always admired the work ethic and cooperation of the staff. They’re a great team of people, even through chaotic situations, they pull through! It’s hard managing a team, but these folks do it well. They are like a little family and they make the customers feel like home. Love my Howard Beach crew at CVS pharmacy!

I want to visit to cvs pharmacy September 19 I thought about to her she is so nice she is very friendly and kind she’s busy but I need lots of help she never gets hungry and she else help me She is new woman .really

The most disrespectful staff. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down like the other CVS locations

I had two prescriptions one was for a loading dose of a medication and the second prescription was for the maintenance dose. They filled the maintenance dose not the loading dose. That is a big med error. It took me over one week to have it corrected by corporate with no apologies from the store . I spoke to a male tech trying to explain the error and was told the pharmacist doesn’t always get the prescription first. . I thank God it wasn’t a life-saving medication. Please watch your prescriptions and make sure that everything is correct before taking your meds. I will not be returning to that store. This is the second time I’m writing this review since the first one is not listed.

The young lady in the pharmacy needs customer service class. She is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak to her customers. It’s always a problem when you visit this location. No one calls you to let you know that your prescription was send by your doctor. No one answer the phone. This pharmacy is the worst in the neighborhood.
