Inexcusable treatment of 87-year-old grandmother by Hoopeston CVS pharmacy. The female pharmacist and another female pharmacy employee have mistreated my grandmother on two separate occasions. The first time, I was with her and the pharmacist told her she couldn't take her prescription payment in the drive-thru because "I'm not McDonald's". She asked her to drive around to the front of the store, and walk clear to the back where the pharmacy is located to pick up her prescription and pay for it, even after explaining she was just released from the hospital and unable to walk. Obviously, I was there and did it for her. The second time, she was alone and said the pharmacist and other woman were "mean" to her (which she has never said about anyone) even though nothing about her order would wa
