CVS Pharmacy

The last time I went to this this location it was terrible... The woman at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and unprofessional. I decided to give them one more try and I had even of a worse experience today. There were only three cars in front of me and I had to wait over 45 minutes to pick up my prescription. I asked her if they were short-staffed and she said it was because they were getting ready to go to lunch. But that was an absolute lie because it was almost an hour before lunch time. Somehow CVS lost my card on file which is unprofessional and unnerving and I had to give them my card again which is fine. However, the representative just left the window and didn't say anything so I wasn't sure if I was all good to go or if I needed to wait. She didn't even say thank you or

The pharmacy staff is very slow and rude. I waited in line for their drive-thru for a half an hour without even moving. Ended up going into the store and waiting an additional 10 minutes to pickup a prescription that was already ready to be picked up. They are starting to use a new system and when you ask them questions about it they are very rude when they answer your questions like you are wasting their time. I will be switching pharmacies because this is ridiculous.

CVS Pharmacy Provided an Exceptional service! The Team member was very polite and courteous! The Team member also assisted me in a Professional manner! KUDOS! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

All of the workers were very nice and polite to me.They offered to help with my problems. I enjoy shopping at CVS stores.

Sat there in line for 15 minutes before they closed for lunch. Finally got to the window at 1:31 and was told they’re closed for lunch and got the door shut in my face! 🤯 Waste of my time and really rude employees. Plan on switching pharmacies because it seems like they always have something wrong at this one!
