CVS Pharmacy

Nice store, odd parking lot. Order drive up windows, not enough space to pull up if several people in line waiting, blocks entrance/exit. Staff friendly. Has a Santander ATM on site.

The pharmacist shorted me half of my prescription so I called to find out why I only got half and the pharmacist, not straight out, said to me I myself must have "stole" them myself. I have never met a more unprofessional judgemental pharmacist in my life and you can best believe I will be reporting her

Went to the pickup window today. The line was very long. The issue appeared to be a person getting many items at the window. It appeared that they were getting items from all over the store. Traffic was backed up onto Auten Road and blocked people from exiting. Pickup windows should only service people whose orders are already processed for pickup. Taking more than 5 minutes is not acceptable.

I have been having problems with this cvs location since several months ago but nothing compared to what they put me through yesterday 11/14/25 I called to refill my needed prescription the person on the phone told me that my prescription was filled 4 days prior I explained to her ( LEENA ) that I haven’t picked up anything since last month again she proceeded to tell me in a abrupt tone of voice that I filled this prescription on another pharmacy and at one point I was trying to comprehend what she was saying I was confused then she told me to call my insurance then she hang up the phone on me.couple of minutes later my wife call them on my behalf since I was so upset and taking back by the way she treated me.couple of minutes later my wife spoke to the same lady who answer the phone and

This is a very busy store especially after work when I've been there. The pharmacy has a person dedicated to the drive-thru, and an in-store pharmacy associate as well. Even so, they are so busy that there are lines, but the employees are professional, and efficient so everything moves relatively quickly. Clearly it's not an easy job, but they do it very well.
