CVS Pharmacy

Entering CVS it is pleasantly displayed with Easter and St Patrick’s Day Holiday sale items. Its smell is also noticeable because of a lot of Fresh flower boutiques.. all shelf’s are full, as I walked around . What I am looking for I find easily in hair care isle. While paying all my discounts and coupon come up easily.

My husband stopped by (July 5th, 9:45PM) to try and get needles for his medication injections and the pharmacy technician who talked to us was extremely rude. She stated that they were completely out of the needles he was looking for without checking, he asked if for a different type of syringe and she replied with another “NOPE, all out” without even checking. She was impatient, rude and not compassionate in any way. I find it hard to believe that a pharmacy is out of every single needles in the existence of needles when I know for a fact that we can get them from a pharmacy in Cambridge which services many more people.

Absolutely the worst experience tonight with Ralph Mengoa, the pharmacist. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years and have never been humiliated and insulted this way. Absolutely unprofessional for a pharmacist to act so disrespectful and threatening to expose my patient confidentiality. He also suggested for me to transfer out of this pharmacy. The staff at the pharmacy were nice.

Slow slow slow. Mismanaged my prescription which was highly needed. Girl cashier in front seemed high or something.... Literally walked like a zombie. I worked for CVS. DO BETTER!

Dropped off script, lady at the counter says "I'm so done with this place". They told me an hour wait, after an hour I stop by, lady at the counter says "we'll expedite it for you". 20 minutes later, a different lady at the counter said, "we didn't do it yet, nobody told me you were waiting.". Then they told me they had run out of it. Went across the street to Walgreens, was done in 15 minutes. Might want to use a different CVS.
