Pharmacy sucked. They were too busy to give me a flu shot despite nobody in store. Rude, poor customer service.
Started using the CVS pharmacy after my former favorite closed. I'm impressed! There are always several people working and they are all pleasant and helpful. They offered to contact my doctor's office to schedule my refills so I don't have to do it periodically. That is convenient! I can look at my CVS app and see when the next refills will occur. When they are ready for pickup I receive a text message and a link to click when I arrive at the store so the order will be ready at the pharmacy counter. Very efficient! I reccomend the Hartville CVS pharmacy for its quick, efficient, and friendly service.
Head technician is rude. When questioned they are not truthful and do not take responsibility. Told me that I am always a problem. I questioned why a prescription wasn't filled, she said due to my insurance, so I call my insurance and they explain a claim was never filed. She then told me it was always a problem with me. I question when something isn't done and I question money issues. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Convenient but I will walk into Giant Eagle now.
