The CVS on Martin Luther Jr. Parkway is a wonderful pharmacy. All of the employee's are helpful,kind,knowledgeable and caring. I really enjoy going inside the store or going through the drive through. I appreciate all of the employee's that work there.

The tall male pharmacist is absolutely wonderful, so kind, and so helpful. However, the “lady” working at the register with customers, Riley, is extremely rude and unbecoming. Her attitude and tone of voice with customers is repulsive. Dealing with her was terrible enough to make me want to switch pharmacies.
Let's play a fun game. CVS doesn't have it, they send prescription to WalMart. Goes to WalMart, who says it they never received the transfer. Calls CVS, talks to Dawn. Dawn says with quite a bit of snark, "I'm looking at my computer, it was sent." Dawn. Sigh. I then call Walmart, "Never received". What a fun game this is. I so enjoy talking with Dawn. She's so fun.
Very slow, impossible to talk to pharmacist over the phone.
