CVS Pharmacy

The wait and line picking up prescriptions is long inside and in drive through most of the time especially on weekdays. But CVS pharmacy services are very knowledgeable courteous and most of their tech are over loaded but do their utmost best to get in touch with patients and customers insurance and doctors to get everyone the care and service they need. They are handling most of Rite Aid, And Walgreens new patients as well as their is barely non existent in the area now. So given also the fact that people can and get their Flu, Covid, Shingle, and other vaccines on top of also visiting their Minute Clinic in other facilities near. Also, they have hired more techs. So I’d say they’re doing pretty darn great.

Cvs on main st in east haven is the best,its the only cvs I get my medicine from!!! The people in the pharmacy are great! They have the BEST pharmacist Doug!! He always makes sure my prescriptions are done when I get there,if there not he always makes sure there done quickly while I wait!!! If you want a pleasant atmosphere and very understanding and kind staff this is the cvs to go to!!

The CVS at 2045 Dixwell Ave. Hamden, CT was ready with our appointment, well organized, clean and the person administering the vaccine was informative, knowaldgeable and very professional. We are very satisfied with our visit this morning.

Easy to make vaccine appointment on-line. Easy check in. Prompt on appointment time. Very pleasant personnel.

They floor tiles are always dirty. The aisles are filled with litter that has brushed to the sides of the displays. The pharmacy area was even more visible with litter all have the floor What happen to your cleaning service. Is this just the way stores are kept when they are within urban areas?? Doesn’t say very much about you thought fir a good customer experience!!!!
