CVS Pharmacy

Third shift Pharmacist named Tim, is arrogant and rude and should be held accountable for his behavior. I had called because I was told they cannot fill certain medications until after 8am, and simply asked for clarification, as 5/6am is when I’ve usually picked up medication for myself and my family. Tim, the Pharmacist, hung up on me after his song and dance. He refused to fill a prescription stating it’s their stores policy that certain class of medications cant be refilled until after 8. I simply asked for clarification since this has never been relayed to myself or my family until today. Even though I usually pick up at 5/6am due to my work schedule. The drive through is very quick.The pharmacists and associates are extremely kind and courteous and when you go through the drive through, if you're lucky enough to have Liv wait on you, then you know you're gonna leave with a smile on your face. She's very nice..

Sierra, Ming and Hadid all at the Pharmacy in Groton treated us with respect and kindness. They answered all of our questions and we felt well taken care of.

I made online appointments the night before with ease. The staff who gave me shots was pain free, kind, fast, and made me so comfortable.
