CVS Pharmacy

The services provided by the pharmacist, Lauren, and her team of assistants is top notch. As a customer, I am grateful for all that they do to make the experience go very well, each and every time!

It would be very convenient if you could speak to someone in the pharmacy. If customer service was a choice when you even call target. The worse answering machine I have ever navigated. One star is to many.

A couple of days ago I received an unsolicited missed phone call from the CVS Pharmacy. I called back because there wasn't a voice message to see why they had called me and it was to tell me that I needed a certain immunization (dtp which is diphtheria tetanus pertussis).However, I've already received the dt ( diphtheria tetanus without the pertussis) in September 2022. The only previous contact I have ever had was CVS was in June 2024, August 2024 for the shingles injections. I contacted my primary care physician at Froedtert Medical College who is a very competent, knowledgeable, thorough physician who follows through with his patients and makes recommendations as needed. He even checked with the pharmacist at Froedtert Medical College of Wisconsin and I do not need to get the dtp shot w

Even though there is no drive through and you have to go inside of target to get the the CVS, it is honestly worth it. The pharmacist(s) here are amazing! Two lovely ladies that treat me like a human being; making me feel heard, seen, and cared for. They never hesitates to call other pharmacies and have my scripts transferred over. They gladly answers all of my questions while truly going above and beyond. 😁
