This is the most depressing CVS location I have been to. No one to assist, just 1 haggard invoicer at the pharmacy who was rushing to get us out so she could do more important task behind those shelves. The store is dark, shelves unkempt & merchandise all over the isles . Suggestion to bring back smiling humans, not a battalion, just a few. Real human connection could make a huge difference.

This place was a mess. Not just changing the shelves for Halloween. The floors were messy, I saw a used band-aid and other trash on the floor. The shelves were unorganized, and products were all over the place.

I'm finishing my review. So in my bag was insulin pens no box of pen tips. Instead a box of lancets and test strips. So I couldn't receive my insulin. The test strips didn't even go to my monitor. ???? Something is wrong with this pharmacy.

I have used Glen cove CVS pharmacy for 15 years. Recently the pharmacy has been a disaster. I get calls that prescriptions are ready for pickup. When I go there. They don't have them. When I go there to pickup the lines are long and slow moving. Some of the pharmacy staff is rude, and seem to not know what they are doing. The automated phone service messaging is broken up. After 15 years of patronizing CVS, l am switching pharmacies.
