CVS Pharmacy

DO NOT SEND MEDICATION HERE! They play in your face about scripts and make you go back and forth between your doctor and the pharmacy. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a CVS, I had to escalate this to corporate. One person working, and even then it’s a miracle if even looks at you and acknowledges your presence. If I didn’t have to send my last medication here, I wouldn’t have. If I could give zero stars, I wouldn’t. I hope corporate either bucks up this place or will wait to see clientele drop. Screw this place.

Pharmacy tech was extremely supportive to my situation, and made sure he did all he could to get me upto snuff as needed with my meds. Very proactive in communication with old pharmacies and straightening out any confusion or challenges. Very friendly and patient.

I always feel satisfied when I go to CVS pharmacy to get my prescription!! Everyone is so kind and helpful.

Update: The new managing pharmacist at this location called me immediately and handled this matter within a day. Thank you to Ebdul for taking this feedback seriously. CVS customer care has also been super communicative in this matter and I appreciate it. Original: This location filled a life saving emergency drug for me in April of 2025. My pharmacy sticker said my script was good for a year. This month (August) I open the box to replace my current medicine that's about to expire, and to my suprise my newly filled prescription that I picked up in April expired in June 2025. I message the pharmacy and told them what happened and that I just wanted a replacement, and they told me their policy is to just grab whats left on the shelf, as long as its not expired at the time of pickup they did

Waited in the pharmacy drive thru line for 30 minutes for the woman at the window to tell me their computer wasn't working and I could wait for it to restart or come inside. I asked her why can't she just take my card to one of the registers up front. She said they were in use. So I assume there is a long line and I took my chances waiting for the computer to restart another 30 minutes. No one ever comes back to the window. I go into the building and there is ONE person staffing ONE register and ONE person in line. While 7 more people were in the back chit chatting complaining about the cars in the drive thru honking. Why would they not just close the drive thru if they can't take our cards otherwise? Why would they not just tell me upfront "the computer isn't working at all. Just come in?
