CVS Pharmacy

i’ve been picking up my prescriptions at the CVS in Gilroy since it was on the other side where big five sporting goods is. Now it’s at 801st St. just right across the street from where it used to be. I go to that CVS a few times in a month either to pick up a prescription or I have my rewards points and I get big discounts so something costs full price but I get like so much percent off and by the time you know it after they take off all the coupons I don’t pay very much at all. The pharmacies is great though people are very nice. They smile they greet you. They ask if you need any help with anything else. Sometimes the lions get a little long, but they move quickly and there’s so many things that you end up seeing while you’re in line that you just make a few more select items before you

This is honestly one of the worst CVS pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I already know CVS in general is not great, and the only reason I even use them is because they have locations everywhere which makes things convenient. But this specific branch is extremely disappointing. They are always short staffed and every time I go there they tell me my medication will be ready in one hour. After waiting that hour the medication is still not ready. In other CVS branches it usually takes about 15 minutes, but here it feels like nothing is ever ready on time. I have asked for refills and they took one or two days just to have them ready, even though they told me it would be done much sooner. They have also told me something was ready, but when I came back after a holiday or short trip they said

Recently, we dropped in to pickup the prescription and the staffs are kind and also helpful in setting up the appointment to get our flu and Covid vaccine shots. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. We were in and out within 30 mins. We enjoy the service at this location. Would use it again.

My local CVS is a great place to shop.

Very attentive and helpful pharmacist tech at the drive up today. 9 prescriptions picked up. Very efficient and still happy.
