CVS Pharmacy

Have to stop by here to get some medicine, the pharmacy was not busy at all. The guy in checkout area have to scan my ID before scanning the items which is the cough medicine, it's a first time to experience this. I think they want to make sure that I am in the right age to have that particular medicine. But that's what happen. I don't feel offended anyway because he talk politely.

The team inside Target, Germantown, does an outstanding job of providing RX expertise and navigating the complexity of the insurance companies. They patiently working with all customers to answer questions, which is very rare in our retail culture today. Hands down, the best I have ever worked with and a model for CVS's pharmacies, everywhere!

Review would be zero stars if that was an option. Horrible experience attempting to get this pharmacy to fulfill my sons prescription. They did not have it in stock and had ordered it but did not have a time for when it would be available. I was told to call before coming back so that I could ensure it would be there but this seems like l a joke when CVS has a purely automated phone system that does not let you talk to anyone. You can leave a voicemail but that was done twice and I never received a call back. When I attempted to get a non CVS pharmacy to fill the prescription they told me that another pharmacy already had. When they called CVS, because apparently doctors and other pharmacists can talk to a real person, they were told that the prescription had been sent to Urbana CVS
