CVS Pharmacy

Dr. VanRiper is the best pharmacist I have ever spoken to or dealt with. He got my prescription ready super fast and was more helpful than any other pharmacist I spoke to in Gainesville this evening. Kudos to this team!

My second visit to this pharmacy was similar to the first. The same clerk was "at the register" again. Everyone doing other things but no one on at the register for me to pay for an RX filled and ready for pickup. Drive thru was moving faster than me standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged.

CVS on 16th has changed. Someone got smart and hired the best front end, kind, smart, caring, who had zero problems checking me out even though i was using their receipt discounts. He could be working as a waiter at a high end restaurant and receiving big money but he is working the front end at CVS. it is once again a pleasure to go there. Months ago I went there and the self checkout asked me to tell it if i spoke english or spanish before I could checkout. I left my items on the self check out and left. it was insulting to treat people like machines. make joana jonna? the manager.

Lizbeth was so helpful. I had a time sensitive medication that was out of stock and she helped me with my options without judgment. Chronic illnesses are frustrating but having someone who provides solutions rather than just turning you away makes it far more manageable. :)

I got my flu shot and another vaccine at the CVS pharmacy counter (not MinuteClinic), and it was a great experience. Savannah, who administered my shots, was incredibly friendly and, for the first time ever, gave me preventive advice to avoid soreness, like moving my arm afterward. In the past, people only suggested a cold compress after the fact; Savannah focused on preventing pain in the first place. The whole process was quick, painless, and anxiety-free, especially meaningful for someone who hates shots. Thank you, Savannah!
