CVS Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for many years. They are one of the busiest pharmacies in the area. I have seen the employees threatened, cursed at, yelled at, and generally treated poorly by the public. I was even present when the police had to be called because there was an irate customer in the drive thru lane who refused to move her car when told her prescription wasn’t ready at that time. Do they make mistakes? Of course. But having worked in healthcare, there is so much that goes on behind the scenes that we don’t know about. These folks have to deal with unresponsive doctors, battle insurance companies, and deal with drug shortages, all things that may delay a prescription from being filled. I am always treated with respect and kindness. These folks do the best they can in sometimes

Clean, modern, and easy to navigate. I didn’t fill a prescription but I went in to get some over the counter medicine and it was a perfectly enjoyable experience. Don’t see what all the negativity is about. The prescription pharmacy is only a small portion of what is available there. They even have a self check out kiosk for quicker service. I do wish they would cut down on the size of the paper receipts. That is a bit unnecessary. Otherwise great job here.

The pharmacy girls that run the back in this store are all quick to help and find a solution to anyone's problem. They always ask about you and how you are doing and it makes you feel like family. Good folks!!

This cvs use to be like coming home! Been my go to until now! They were rude, acted like they didnt want to deal with any one! The cashier person acted as if i just broke into her house at 2 am. Stink face included! Not a nice word to be had from any of them! Afrer years i will not be coming back! So if you like to be yelled at and ignored, and treated badly this is the place for you!! Beware dont trip and fall over all the trash in the isles! If i could of actually spoke to some one on the phone!!!!! But you cant even do that any more!!! Just NOPE!! WHAT ARE YALL DOIN????

This CVS is very pleasant and the team member who helped me was very nice and professional.
