Great service. They truly care. The whole team is outstanding! Highly recommend using them.

I have all of my subscriptions sent to this location so I swing by often enough. I have no complaints against the staff who have been attentive and courteous. However the location currently has the gate malfunctioning for more than a month now so accessibility to the counter might be challenging if you are not able to step over the gate base support. And there have been times when they didn’t open on time because they couldn’t find the key since they tend to have people in rotation to work there. So I don’t go at opening hours just to avoid waiting for them to find assistance.

Shut down at 2 pm and close pharmacy in the middle of the day for break. You expect a pharmacy of this size to staff and Stagger breaks on the schedule to serve your clients. Poorly managed pharmacy. They are also out of common cough syrups and common prescribed medication.

Absolutely awful customer service. I called to have a prescription transferred from one pharmacy (which just stopped accepting my insurance information) to this one. First of all, there was no way for me to speak to an actual person-had to leave a voicemail. Never received a call back. So, i went in the next day to check on the status of the prescription, and the pharmacist was incredibly rude, insisting that they called me right back, but when i double checked my phone records, no such thing. He then told me they couldn’t fill the prescription because it was a controlled substance. I asked why I wasn’t informed about this beforehand and he said he would have if I had picked up my phone. Not sure what's going on with this pharmacy, they seem to be trying to limit their cost by having one person staffed on Fridays and weekends. It's been nearly 6 hours since I had a prescription sent over from an Urgent Care for my daughter's strep, and the worker hasn't even had time to process new prescriptions. Let me be clear, they are doing their best. This is a problem of staffing decisions, and not the employees themselves. Additionally, I would think not having two people on site to validate quantities and accuracy is a little dangerous/irresponsible no? Going to change my preferred pharmacy after today. It's so bad not even the convenience of having it where I shop is convenient.
