CVS Pharmacy

If you hate your job, QUIT. Don’t spread your misery to everyone you encounter. She told me “why don’t you come into the back and do it yourself or something.” This worker ignored several customers that asked her a question, didn’t look at me once when I was in line patiently for 15 mins, then threatened to walk off because “she’s done with all this” when multiple customers said they need their meds filled asap. Immature and absolutely unprofessional. This CVS is unfortunately my neighborhood pharmacy and I can’t wait to drive further to find a better one. If I wasn’t on my way to the ER (who told me to bring these filled meds), I would have camped out all day to fight this petty one. My 97 year-old mother in law and I received flu and covid shots at the East Sunrise CVS location this week. Easy to make appointment on line (although they also offer walk-in appointments). Pharmacist was very friendly and informative, and made the process easy. Took less than 30 minutes for the 2 of us to get registered and receive our shots. Recommend this location!

Because I cannot drive to my local CVS, my neighbor went for me to pick up my prescription and buy a couple items. She used my CVS card which had a $10 reward posted on it. The reward expired today so she was kind enough to shop at CVS for me. The clerk used my card for the 20% CVS discount but didn’t use my $10 reward. Since it expired today and I have no way of going back to the store, I feel as though I lost this reward. I am not a very happy person with your store employee who didn’t use my reward amount. I guess I will have to vocalize my discontentment to the store manage the next time I am able to go to the store in person.

I could not be more dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and care from multiple members of this pharmacy. I will be the first to admit that I can understand some of the frustrations from the individuals who work here, as they are always severely understaffed. However, that is not an excuse to conduct yourself in your place of business the way that they do. There are two individuals (younger female assistants) who are fantastic - always smiling, always cheery, always thanking customers for their patience (which is often necessary seeing as average wait times usually exceed 15-20 minutes). However, the rest of the staff is dreadful. They often take more than 24 hours to return your calls, even though the voicemail says calls will be returned within an hour, and when they do finall

I think Vanessa should be credited for her work ethics. The pharmacy at CVS, on Sunrise, was very busy and she did everything she could to be accommodating. I find the staff and the pharmacist to be outstanding! Thanks for your service. They all deserve a raise.🌺
